       Baguio City , the Summer Capital of the Philippines, also known as City of Pines, celebrates the long-awaited Panagbenga Festival 2024 this month of February with a theme of "Celebrating Traditions, Embracing Innovations."     Locals and tourists from all over the world enjoys the month-long celebration of Baguio Flower Festival as this showcase various events such as cultural dances, floral floats, food market and many more.     A little history, the word Panagbenga originated from Kankana-ey that means "a season of blooming." The festival started way back February 1995.
